Cremation

Murphy Funeral Directors are on hand to arrange cremation should you choose this option. There are some statutory requirements that must be met before a cremation can take place, and our team are on hand to make sure that these steps are adhered to whilst causing as little additional stress to you or your loved ones in the process.

All crematoria have a chapel or chapels where the cremation service can take place. This can be the main service or mass, or a short prayer service following a service or mass in a church. Families also have the option to choose their preferred music to accompany any service.
