Where do I start?
It’s best for you to contact your funeral director as soon as possible. We appreciate that the first call can be difficult, but our funeral team is here to assist you.
It is our policy to assume as much of the responsibility as we can so that we can guide you through this difficult time.
Our staff will gather the initial information we need, and make an appointment for you to meet our funeral director, either at our funeral home or in the comfort of your own home, whichever you prefer. Our funeral director will guide you through the necessary steps, listen and advise you on how to personalise this occasion for your loved one.
When will the funeral take place?
Your funeral director will work with you to set a time and date for the funeral. This will help to keep the family of the deceased focused on that date.
There are many factors that may change your preferred day; the involvement of the coroner, family members being on holiday or living abroad, your choice of church and your preferred priest, to name a few. Delays like these are out of our control, but we will always keep you and your family advised at every step.
Do you offer your services outside of Dublin?
Yes. We are based in Dublin, however, we service areas throughout Ireland. We also have experience with overseas repatriation from many different countries.
